From Case Selection to Bonding
A two-day hands-on masterclass covering the complete porcelain veneer workflow, from case selection, photography, smile design and digital planning through to mock-ups, preparation, provisionalisation, laboratory communication, try-in and final cementation. Develop a predictable, conservative approach while also exploring finishing, maintenance and troubleshooting for long-term success.
Date: Friday 13th - Saturday 14th November
Time: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Location: The Spencer Hotel, Dublin
OBJECTIVES
By the end of the two days, delegates should have a clear and repeatable workflow for porcelain veneer cases, from the initial consultation through to final cementation and maintenance.
• Improve case selection and identify when porcelain veneers are, and are not, the appropriate treatment
• Develop a structured approach to aesthetic assessment, smile design and treatment planning
• Understand how wax-ups and mock-ups can guide treatment and improve patient communication
• Plan and perform conservative veneer preparations with an emphasis on enamel preservation
• Understand ceramic selection and how the underlying substrate influences the final result
• Improve provisionalisation, impression/scanning and laboratory communication
• Develop a predictable protocol for veneer try-in, bonding and cementation
• Understand finishing, maintenance and the management of common complications
