LAMIN8 courses have a strictly limited number of delegate places and are expected to operate at full capacity.

For this reason, we operate a strict cancellation policy.

All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing info@cusp.courses.

Your cancellation will be considered effective from the date your cancellation email is received.

If you cancel more than 42 calendar days before the first day of your course, you will be eligible for a refund less a cancellation and administration charge equal to 15% of the total course fee.

If you cancel 42 calendar days or less before the first day of your course, no refund will be provided and the full course fee remains payable.

Once the course has commenced, no refund or partial refund will be available.

Your booking is for the specific LAMIN8 course date selected at the time of purchase.

Due to the limited number of places and the high demand for LAMIN8 courses, bookings cannot be deferred or transferred to a future LAMIN8 course date.

If you are unable to attend your booked course and would instead like to attend a future course, your original booking will be treated as a cancellation and our standard cancellation policy will apply.

A place on a future course would need to be booked separately and would be subject to availability and the course fee applicable at that time.

We are unable to hold the value of your original booking as credit towards a future course.

LAMIN8 bookings cannot be transferred to another CUSP course, programme, event, course date or course credit.

Your booking relates specifically to the course purchased.

Please contact us at info@cusp.courses as soon as possible if you would like to request a name change.

Any request to transfer a place to another delegate must be approved by CUSP Courses in advance and cannot be guaranteed.

Please do not arrange a private transfer or resale of your place without contacting us first.

Our standard cancellation policy will still apply.

This includes circumstances such as illness, work commitments, travel disruption, transport cancellation or other personal or unforeseen circumstances.

Delegates may wish to consider suitable travel or cancellation insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

Failure to attend the course will be treated as a late cancellation.

No refund, course credit or transfer to another course date will be provided.

This includes circumstances where a delegate attends the first day of a multi-day course but is unable to attend the remaining course day.

Where a payment plan is offered, you are committing to the full course fee rather than simply the individual instalments.

Our cancellation policy applies to the full course fee regardless of whether you selected payment in full or a payment plan.

Cancelling your attendance does not automatically remove any outstanding payment obligations.

If you cancel more than 42 calendar days before the course, the applicable cancellation charge and any refund or remaining balance will be calculated based on the total course fee.

If you cancel 42 calendar days or less before the course, the full course fee remains payable.

We intend to hold each LAMIN8 course at the venue advertised at the time of booking.

However, occasionally circumstances outside our control may require us to change the venue.

CUSP Courses therefore reserves the right to change the course venue where reasonably necessary.

Where a venue change is required, we will aim to provide delegates with as much notice as reasonably possible and will endeavour to use an alternative venue of a similar standard within the same general geographical area.

A reasonable change of venue within the advertised course location or surrounding area will not normally constitute cancellation of the course.

We recommend that delegates consider flexible or refundable travel and accommodation arrangements where possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the course on the advertised dates.

In exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary for CUSP Courses to postpone, reschedule or cancel a course.

If this happens, we will contact affected delegates directly and provide information regarding the options available.

Nothing within our cancellation policy affects your statutory rights where a course is cancelled by CUSP Courses.

Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation unless specifically stated otherwise.

We recommend booking flexible or refundable travel and accommodation wherever possible.

CUSP Courses cannot accept responsibility for independently booked travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or other associated costs where circumstances require changes to an event, except where otherwise required by law.

Please let us know about any dietary requirements or food allergies as early as possible before your course.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requirements where these are communicated to us in advance.

Because catering arrangements are confirmed ahead of the event, we may not be able to accommodate dietary requirements that are only communicated on the day of the course.

We want delegates to be able to participate fully in our courses.

If you have any accessibility requirements, mobility requirements or require any other reasonable assistance to participate in the course, please contact us at info@cusp.courses as early as possible before the event.

Providing this information in advance allows us to liaise with the venue and make reasonable arrangements wherever possible.

If you have particular requirements relating to physical access, seating, course materials or another aspect of the event, please include as much relevant information as possible when contacting us.

If CUSP Courses cancels an event and is unable to provide the booked course, affected delegates will be contacted directly.

Course fees will be dealt with in accordance with the options provided and delegates' applicable legal rights.

CUSP Courses cannot accept responsibility for independently arranged travel, accommodation or loss of earnings except where otherwise required by law.

Personal information provided when booking will be used to process your payment, administer your course booking and support your experience with CUSP Courses.

Your information will also be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any dietary, accessibility or assistance information provided to us will only be used as necessary to help facilitate your attendance at the event.
